This month I am concentrating on economies with my weekly food bill.

I am going to reduce the amount I spend by writing a weekly menu and only buying exactly what I need to make these planned meals.

In addition I will be shopping in my cupboards using up the stock of food I already have.

At present I have a number of packets of Passata, lentils, chickpeas, butter beans and plenty of olive and rapeseed oil – so a few possible meals using up these.
